Juyeon Ceramics studio is located in an inner northern suburb of Melbourne.
-Do you take pre-orders?
Yes. Please contact Juyeon Ceramics to arrange.
-Can I get a refund?
No refunds or exchanges are available for non faulty items.
Please select your order carefully as refunds will not be issued for “change of mind”. If you identify an issue upon delivery please contact Juyeon Ceramics immediately and we will try and resolve the issue for you.
If your pottery arrives broken please e-mail Juyeon Ceramics within 24 hours of receiving the item and send a photo of broken piece, the packaging and shipping label. This will assist with insurance claims. The broken pottery will be remade and replaced for you or if you prefer a refund will be provided.
